1. Systems come with 1 year parts & 1year labour warranty on hardware (Box only).
2. System accessories and add-on components come with a 1 year warranty only. (e.g. Keyboard/Mouse/Speakers)
3. Component purchase come with a 1 year manufaturer's warranty unless otherwise specified.
4. Software problems will be subject to appropriate labour charge.
5. Title of goods does not pass to the purchaser until the goods are paid for.
6. All warranties are return to base & all freight will be borne by the customer.
7. All multimedia items & peripherals carry a 1 year manufacturers' warranty. (e.g. Printers/Scanners/CD-Writers)
8. Goods to be returned for credit / refund will attract a 15% restocking fee & MUST be:
- Within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Be in original & resaleable condition.
- Goods which have software content may not be returned due to lincencing issues.
