Our regular customers include home PC users (most of them are experienced PC users), small, medium companies, large corporations, government organisations, schools and universities around the Gold Coast and Brisbane Areas. A small secret we can share with everyone is that despite this being the era of information technology, many customers come to us through word of mouth.
In the past over 10 years, Gold Coast Computer Centre has shown itself to be a competitive, strong performer in the industry. The key to this success is due to concentration on selling top quality products whilst remaining committed to customer satisfaction through our excellent after sales service.
We understand service is the most important aspect for a retail store. We endeavour to continue to improve our services to our customers. We provide accurate products information, quick turn around time, and best after sale service, a dead on arrival parts normally can be replaced with existing stock.
